Schumann, Rallo & Rosenberg, LLP was founded by Kim Schumann, Tom Rallo & David Rosenberg. They sought to form a law firm that was a viable and meaningful alternative to the large scale firms about which so many of their clients and friends complained. The goal was to build a firm that could provide the resources and aggressive handling of a large scale law firm while retaining the personal and hands-on approach to litigation more characteristic of smaller firms. As our firm has grown, we have not lost our commitment to providing the highest quality in legal representation, early case evaluation, and resolution of matters. Through continued efforts to remain a smaller and more personalized alternative to larger-scale law firms, Schumann, Rallo & Rosenberg, LLP has succeeded in providing clients with superior and individualized service while meeting a variety of their litigation needs.

While the Firm’s primary service is in Orange, Los Angeles County and Riverside County courts, it also handles many cases ranging from Santa Barbara south to San Diego. If your litigation needs arise in any of these areas, Schumann, Rallo & Rosenberg, LLP is available and qualified to service them.In addition, the Firm accepts assignments in other jurisdictions on a pro-hac vice basis as special circumstances may require.
